Pros
Pay is good. Some lower level management are great to work for and helpful when needed. Some middle level management can be tolerated and tend you allow you to do your job without interfering.
Cons
Most upper management do not listen to their employees who are doing the actual work. This causes less quality and efficiency. There is not much of a chance to grow and move up unless you have a military background or have a degree (any degree will do, it does not actually have to pertain to your job at all for lower management positions) Opportunities are not offered based on experience and knowledge. Favoritism from management also prevents employees to excel and create a career making it easy to use as a pass through job to gain experience.
