Still can't directly sell to end user, must have to dispute with authorized distributor. Management care to employee is poor, there's no HR rep in Indonesia.

1. Older associates are not valued and are being replaced at an alarming pace with recent college grads via the general development programs (GDPM) 2. Managers are promoted into areas where hey have little expertise (i.e., software) 3. Layoffs are becoming a common mechanism to silence creative associates 4. Little room for creativity 5. Advancement opportunities only exist for associates straight out of school that were brought into the development programs 6. Continuous turnover at the president level
