Management is horrible and treats people like they are disposable. You can give everything you've got (long hours, weekends, holidays, unpaid overtime) and it doesn't matter. Never told good job even for a "big win". Very toxic environment, especially in the accounting department. Retaliation if you say anything. Going to HR is a joke. HR always sides with the manager no matter how many employees file complaints.

A lot of dead wood around, means hard workers/strong performers get very heavy workloads. Company President since to change more than once/year. Revolving leadership means strategy keeps changing. Lack of focus on end customer.
