It's a fast paced, and high work load environment. Getting a promotion can be difficult for those on the content team.

Pay for the senior roles is higher than average - especially in business unit,marketing, engineering functions but in senior roles only

Cons

-Incompetent management -no one knows what they are doing -no work life balance -they lay off people a lot (hire and fire culture) -manager and HR not supportive of employees moving internally to other roles -very poor work culture and a lot of internal office politics. -They dont care about people only about business. A lot of good talent also leaves the company because of the poor culture and the company makes no effort to retain them. I am not a disgruntled employee trying to paint a negative image. this is the reality of the company and my advice to job seekers to do their research before joining a place like this. i am also trying to keep my identity hidden so unfortunately cant give specific examples.
