I like working here. Pay is quite low but in line with the rest of the industry. Feel appreciated and good work is championed

Pros

Good facilities and people. They encourage cross company communication.

Cons

It can be slow to progress with all the red tape surrounding promotion and pay increases. I had a decent salary for the company but it’s not comparable to doing the same role in a different industry. Publishing needs to address its salary failings.
