Pros

Great people who are all really motivated; great mission; genuinely believe in bringing as many different stories to as many people as possible; lots of opportunity to take ownership and expand experience.

Cons

Lack of understanding of digital; lots of opportunity for taking ownership but not always recognised by job title/appreciation; large company, so hard to change culture; low pay across the sector (but ok if you're in it for the mission).
