Pros

Genuinely interesting projects, and the opportunity to work on some great campaigns. A great place to grow and learn.

Cons

There can be busy periods, but in my experience this is manageable due to incredibly supportive teams.

Pros

Strong leadership, inclusive thinking and a real value of the people that work for the business. It was refreshing to join a business and feel that the team, company and role I had been told about, was exactly what I was walking in to.

Cons

Can be an intense workload, but this is more than evened out by the work/life balance and value of my input.
