      *Lots of OT if you want it *Variety of Cases to learn and gain experience if you want to leave to be a traveler or market yourself somewhere else *Not the worst pay if you are a new grad starting out, some other places might rip you off more

      Cons

      *Management sucks *lack of schedule flexibility, no 3 12s available *Insane case loads in combination with being consistently short staffed due to poor management, and not paying people what they are worth *Need more competitive pay and better schedule and more staffing
