      Pros

      Hospital setting environment and being a team member for the number one hospital in the state of NJ.

      Cons

      Literally everything from poor management and working in a toxic environment to no help in guidance or growth. The only way to move up is not your experience it is who you know and that is sad! Speaking for my department it is unfair and there is favoritism and only those get rewarded.
