Cons
Nepotism. Favoritism. Unequal treatment of employees. Management does not care about staff. You work your butt off and almost never get a break. Sure they pay ok, but not worth it when you leave there either wanting to cry or scream. Don’t get sick because they will threaten you or simply fire you. They are more worried about their imagine than actual patient satisfaction. Management is changing constantly. High ranking management from the department of patient care hired a family member who was previously fired and placed into a high management position, which he continually makes mistakes and doesn’t treat nurses in a way that is conducive to a good work environment. Actually, hostile working environment. Nurses are so stressed they treat each other badly.
