Pros
It’s a good place to work in a very organized worked environment but nothing like it was before. Nursing policies and guidelines make for nurses easier to comply with standards of care
Cons
Management is not the best it has been. It’s either one way or the highway. Not flexible with nurse that have put in years of work in that organization. Patient acutity are often not looked at when assignments and nurse to patient ratios are completed. Very stressful work environment.
