      High compensation. You only work every 3rd weekend.

      Cons

      Parking off site and having to shuttle to work without compensation for the extra time it takes is seriously the worst.

      Broad learning opportunities. Non management coworkers very supportive. Tasks are easy. Job security.

      Cons

      Employee morale is nonexistent. Laboratory management clueless about employees. Zero opportunities to advance because seniority even in absence of skill trump all other criteria for promotions. Micro management by managers with huge chips on their shoulders. Employee appreciation events are an insult and a joke.
