Pros

I really like my coworkers, we all work really well together we are like a family. Everyone has your back

Cons

Getting taken advantage of when you are a good worker and not getting compensated for it. There are times there are 25+ holds in the ER and we are offered pizza we don't get a chance to eat instead of a shift bonus.

Experience good teamwork and communication from management. Educational opportunities abundant. New salary ranges for RNs.

Cons

Way too many surveys and manadatory classes every year. As with most hospitals nowadays, could always use additional staff but great effort is put into recruitment.
