Quarterly party, high salary package, Good product

Cons

1. Management are too poor 2. Micromanagement, lots of internal politics, no appreciation in engineering department. 3. often layoffs and follows hire and fire rule 4. In the name of probation period they fire employee without any notice.(specially happened for india team)

Pros

The people, the mission, the opportunity to build and enable hackers and make a difference in the community. Digital first and unlimited holidays are big perks too

Cons

Career progression processes could improve. And development experience as well, the focus is mainly on selling rather than taking time to actually build and experiment with more modern tooling and learning new (technical skills). It’s a minus point but on the other hand there’s so much space to learn other equally important skills like project management, communication, etc.
