Pros

I have no pros to give.

Cons

The workplace is highly disorganized, with inconsistent processes and a culture that can feel unprofessional at times. Favoritism is common, which creates inequities in workload, recognition, and compensation, including bonuses. Leadership—particularly at the executive level—often appears disengaged and unapproachable, which impacts communication and overall morale. Despite the availability of a new facility in Torrance, the primary office remains overcrowded, and there are ongoing concerns about basic safety standards, including fire safety and visible OSHA compliance. Additionally, candidates should be aware that the company and role may be presented in a way that differs significantly from the day-to-day reality. The organization is effective at promoting an appealing vision during the hiring process, but the actual work environment may not align with what was described. Prospective candidates should also be aware that the role and organizational culture may be portrayed more favorably during the recruitment process than they are in practice. The company is highly effective at presenting an idealized version of the position and work environment, which may not accurately reflect the operational reality employees experience after joining.
