Hagerty hired me in my first EM consulting job - amazing opportunity to learn and grow in the field. Leadership is very open to empowering you as you gain their trust and that of your clients.

Cons

As in lots of firms, limited internal infrastructure /capacity. Great team who I had a positive relationship with, but I recall working with lots of documents and not the most sophisticated/efficient processes/tools for expense reports or timesheets.
