Hailo has a multi award winning product in a huge new market. If you're a startup person - this is the kind of situation you dream of. I've worked at Hailo for close on three years now. I've been a key person making technology decisions throughout that time and I think we've got a good percentage of those right. I am proud of what we have built as a team (both on time and on budget - thank you!) I look around me at work and what I see are some of the most incredibly hard working and smart people I have ever worked with. Every morning I feel inspired when I get out of bed and motivated to try my best. Hailo has given me a platform to progress on my own personal maturity climb and as an engineer. Every member of our founding team inspires me each and every day. It is a great to work with and learn from management who have real experience - for example a CTO who was previously CTO at the world's largest online betting exchange, and a CEO who was previously Vice President at a hugely successful global company. Hailo values are aligned with mine: they value the outcome of my work and are relaxed on more obviously measurable things like what time I turn up at the office, how many hours I work and how many games of ping pong I can squeeze in during the day. Hailo is an environment where you can create things from the bottom up - if you are so inclined. I look around the company today and I can see many examples of this - even if some of them are named after Gundams. o_O I'm incredibly proud of our company and my colleagues.
