Pros
- Cut edge technologies (cassandra/golang/protobufs/NSQ/etc) - Smart people - Good "eventual" decision making, finally they got rid of the weakest links in the company (CTO and ever-grumpy developers)
Cons
- Very well funded competitor that is just buying the market - Slow and hesitant decision making on the highest levels (board/etc)
