I struggle to think of anything positive about Hain.

It should have been a red flag that on my first day I was told over 150 people were mde redundant on the previous Friday due to lack of demand for our products. The management I had gave no clear direction on what was needed from me within my role, no induction plan (which my manager took responsibility for 4 weeks before I left) and regular contridictory advice and comments when it came to work. The impression I got was that there is a culture of fear between the C-Suite and the middle management. As a reaction to this, whole departments are tasked with roles that are outside their skillset to build a gap between the expectations set by our customers and the reality that we're able to deliver. I regularly worked 13/14 hour days to learn systems I've never been shown to perform roles that are outside of my professional experience (of over 15 years) - covering for others because the business wouldn't resource correctly. I've never been in a business that had a lower score from our grocery customers when it came to delivering product. Regularly, the products were being ordered and we weren't able to fulfil because of logistic errors, which (going back to my first red flag...) is a major reason why the business, and the brands, were struggling. My last Global Town Hall, run from HQ in USA, we had our employee survey results. They weren't great - only the positive results were explored with very little comment on the negatives and what this could mean. I thought this was a clear sign of ignoring problems until they went away.
