      Pros

      From my experience the entire leadership team across the company is hardworking, dedicated, employee focused, and committed to the company vision. Hain also has one of the best cultures that I have encountered in any organization that I have worked for and I am very happy I am a part of the company. It is refreshing to have the freedom and opportunity to impact positive change at the plant level. The organization is always open to change and promotes it through several channels, allowing for positive impact to safety, quality, people, and performance.

      I honestly don’t have any Cons about Hain as an organization.

      Many great people to work with which makes work worthwhile. The company also tries to understand the importance of family and personal time allowing employees the freedom to go to a drs appt without an issue or leave early for a child's sports game.

      Not much to say on the negative side.
