Pay is decent, but not worth the trouble and lack of professionalism displayed at almost every level

Cons

Read the bad reviews, they are the most accurate reviews for this company. If you see a 5 star review for this company they are coming from HR teams at Hain. This company has truly disgusting leadership, poor management at every level, terrible benefits, and zero work-life balance. If you want to be abused, misled, and have zero prospects for advancement this is the company for you. This company can't even manage their own data properly.

Monday morning snacks, PTO, bonus paid out this year

Cons

Management has Short term vision of the company and brands, too many approvals, layers and overly tedious. People are over worked. Management has surrounded themselves with Yes Men and they are All from Pinnacle! There is too much work and too many projects and too many people on the top. Morale is at an all time low.
