Pros
The interview process was robust and fair. I felt cared for and respected as a candidate, and the process really was about finding the right match on both sides. I have never looked forward to interviews as much as I did with this team! My onboarding process has been similarly robust, organized, and enjoyable. It's a highly collaborative, team-driven environment, and everyone has been very welcoming and generous with their time and perspectives.
Cons
For me there are no downsides. It's a time of massive change driven by a new strategy and organizational structure, but this is part of what made me so excited to join the Company!
