      Pros

      Hain Celestial has seen a lot of growth over the last couple of decades, but one thing has remained constant and that is the people employed by Hain. Hain is a very collaborative environment. The growth it has experience has allowed employees to grow with the company and to grow their skillsets if they have the desire and aptitude to do so. Hain makes great products that strive to be healthier than other options.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a company with highly mature and refined process, then Hain is not the choice for you today. However, Hain is working to transform itself into a more refined company that operates on standard processes and that can more effectively compete in the marketplace. I look forward to seeing it continue to grow and mature.
