Made to feel valued - the company strives to improve. All ideas are welcomed and individual performance as well as group performance are recognized on a daily basis. Progressive leadership - The ELT for the company has a vision and fully support the plants going after improvements. Strong investment in capital and process improvement
Cons
Relatively new corporation - sometimes still trying to define its overall strategy as a corporation. Not necessarily a bad thing, but can make movement stall at times. The journey into a Lean Six Sigma culture is just beginning. This can frustrate some individuals if they have never been through transformational change.
