      They talk sincerely during the interview process then realization that you’ve made a mistake quickly sets in once you’ve arrived. People are generally great when they start and are gung-ho to work 100 hrs a week until they give up and plod along until they give up and quit. I watched a senior leader hand-pick a candidate, promise mentorship be worked until he left the company.
