      Pros

      The company has a strong strategic strategy now with resources to support it. Hard work gets recognized and appreciated by leadership. Bonuses paid out and on time. Strong Natural brands across multiple categories. Opportunities for advancement are all over.

      Cons

      Still a few long term employees left who do not want to adapt to change and think they know best which causes some internal challenges. Still work to be done on eliminating the complexity of the business.

      If you are looking for a rewarding role where you can make an immediate impact, this is the place for you. An entrepreneurial environment with limited layers allows people to be recognized & rewarded for their contributions. Fast paced, exciting environment. No silos, very cross functional. Lots of potential with our brands as they are positioned well to the consumers desire for a healthier lifestyle. Organic, Non GMO & better for you. The new management team has brought experience, talent & a solid strategy. Simplifying the portfolio and creating focus is a huge step forward. It is now time to execute! If you want to wear many hats & learn a lot, this is the place for you.

      Turnarounds are hard & not for everyone. If you are afraid of hard work, this isn't the place for you. If you like to hide in large organizations, this is not for you.

      Pros

      Company is in a turnaround as it was failing financially. New leadership team has had to make difficult decisions to survive. They have been very transparent and highly communicative. Including the board of directors. Can see and feel the positive momentum starting and the future in bright!

      Cons

      Turnarounds are not for everyone, must be able to make decisions and lead change. Fixing broken business practices takes time and courage.
