I've had the best onboarding experience! Hain's Sr. Director of talent acquisition made my interview process swift and easy! Always, walking me through the process step-by-step and keeping me in the loop of everything! This company truly values their team members and invests in our growth both professionally and personally. Hain is also starting to launch there "For Our Loved Ones" program giving us the “why” and purpose, we should always be safe while creating a safe quality product for the people we love. We have a great group of Plant leadership team and Executive team. Our culture is positive and inclusive, with a strong emphasis on work-life balance coming from our CEO! This is rare to find in the industry!

Cons

There will always be room for growth! Hain Celestial is constantly evolving and listening to team member's feedback. This company truly believes in commitment to employee well-being.

There were many pros at one point but the company got rid of all their good employees.

Cons

Backstabbing manager and coworkers, constant layoffs, products never filled or shipped on time, good people treated like garbage while bad people rewarded
