The team effort of my former department was great. Lunch on Fridays during certain months

Cons

Most people work a 10-11 hour days,but don’t you dare put in for O/T. No work life balance, but lots of dedicated soon to be let go employees. Absolutely no appreciation.

Pros

The salary is great and as long as you don't get to involved with the general politics of the work place the team is all pretty great. Great environment, and knowledgeable for the operation as a whole.

Cons

The training is very poor, for people with no production/manufacturing experience its a nightmare. Then after about a week of training they expect you to train the next person. There is a lot of people that have been there for years and years who like to push you around and show they have "power" or seniority over you... that's another hard thing if you're training with them.
