      Pros

      Really awesome staff and company culture. Little things from meeting scheduling culture to big things like the amazing views in the HQ office space make this a great place to work. Lots of structure and organization

      Cons

      Interview process was long, but it is great to meet cross functional teams and see if you are a good fit amongst a larger company population, and that helps you learn more people before day 1. But if you can't take time off from work to schedule those interviews you could run into some trouble
