Better than average compensation both salary and benefits, work-life balance if part of the company culture, business leaders are actual trained and developed leaders not merely managers or micro-managers, senior leadership is visible and communicates well, functional business teams and cross-functional business teams are well built and cooperative, traditional siloed functions do not exist, wins and losses are experienced and celebrated or educational for the entire team.
Cons
Smaller CPG company, large traditional conventional CPG companies have more trade and marketing funds to support product launches than Hain but that means that Hain's brand and product launches are well thought out and executed to win in the marketplace, the company is very flat in their hierarchy leading to longer waits for vertical promotions, bottlenecks do occur at times and more efficient standard operating procedures need to be found
