      Pros

      Working as a tour guide in celestial seasonings was like a dream. What a loving community, happy place. It is aromatherapy all day long. It's just a fun peaceful environment, I mean it's a tea company! The factory is really interesting. If you are an outgoing person and social this is a great job to you. It is very engaging and interesting and light-hearted

      Cons

      The only con is at the time tour guides were not allowed to be full-time

      This is my first week but I have been provided an agenda with lots of meet and greets set up, and the whole process in which it was done was very logical and informative. The staff has been incredibly welcoming and there is a big sense of teamwork here.

      They paid their employees well.

      Cons

      Company has been heading downhill for sometime, look at their stock and it would show the same. You have employees that have been here 15+ years that do nothing and don't want to change. Then on the other hand you have employees here for no longer than 3 years because they leave for better opportunities. There is no in between therefor nothing changes and the company takes centuries to get things done. For a company that continues to see a decrease in sales, upper management promoted themselves while putting a hold on hiring. Questioned one of the management team on why we do something when its wrong or not properly working, the answer was, thats how we do things...
