      Cons

      Terrible pay for what you provide. I worked in the tour center at the factory. Thousands of people come each year to take a tour which then ends in the gift shop. That one gift shop makes MILLIONS in profit each year, but that would not be possible if it were not for the tour guides attracting everyone there. (Most people did not even know there was a gift shop) So the employees deserve waaayy more money for the value they provide

      Free coupons, decent insurance coverage, some flexibility with schedules

      Cons

      The management and leadership teams need to put more time into making employees happy. Everyone is miserable. Not much room for growth, unless you are best friends with your leadership team. They push you until you just about break.
