      Pros

      Opportunity to work with great people who are driven and knowledgeable in their subject area. If you listen and retain, you can definitely learn from others here. The work culture is excellent and the environment feels more like family than a workplace. Hard work and proven results are rewarded with decent pay increases. Allow for flexible hours and encourage a healthy work/life balance.

      Cons

      Opportunity for advancement can depend on your role. Some entry level positions don't have a lot of growth potential. I don't see any other cons as a company.

      Pros

      This is the most competent and professional HR team I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The recruiting and onboarding process was very smooth and the HR team took great care to be responsive and make me feel so welcome. I am so happy to be part of this company and team. I think I found a unicorn!

      I keep trying to find one and I am coming up short.
