Pros

Decent products to sell, it will definitely aid you in getting customer meetings. Seems like in the near future there might be some exciting innovation. Garden Veggie is a decent brand, but sales have slowed and they are taking a price increase very soon on all snacks. Terra is declining and Garden of Eat'in is also declining. I think there are potential in the brands. Company does provide gold standard decks for presentations and there is a presentation process which isn't to bad. Category managers are very helpful, but they are over worked and swamped managing multiple categories. Plan early when trying to schedule time with them. Pay is decent, but don't expect a bonus or stock; not that it's doing well.

Cons

The bonus has not been paid out in 3 year. NA is down 10% as of last quarter, largely in part due to snack business slowing. Do yourself a favor before applying and listen to the Q&A segment of Hain's last Q2 2025 earnings call, it was shocking and appalling. Stock fell 50% after that day. There is a lot of corporate restructuring across the organization. We found out the previous CEO (Wendy Davidson) was just asked to leave on the Q2 earnings call with the investors, and the new interim CEO was announce on that same call. The company is a bit of a mess. Virtually every report is an excel document. Nothing has being automated, so don't expect any optimized software platforms. There is lacking of leadership across the board, and there is going to be an expectation you know everything even if it's the first time you have seen it or been asked about it. If you actually want any help with anything, make sure you schedule some 1:1 time don't expect an internal e-mail to help. Very rare for anyone to point you in a helpful direction. If you aren't familiar with APO learn it fast as you can. Lastly expect QBR's to occur more often the quarterly, they call them "customer days" and they'll waste a lot of your time.
