      Pros

      The company has a strong strategic strategy now with resources to support it. Hard work gets recognized and appreciated by leadership. Bonuses paid out and on time. Strong Natural brands across multiple categories. Opportunities for advancement are all over.

      Cons

      Still a few long term employees left who do not want to adapt to change and think they know best which causes some internal challenges. Still work to be done on eliminating the complexity of the business.

Perfect for Marketers that want to build brands and shape the future. - Lots of appetite to innovate - if you have a growth mindset and love the challenge to accelerate your brands thru innovation , this is a perfect fit. - Hands on organization - you can make it happen with no red tapes

      Cons

      -Amount of change can be overwhelming for some. This is a turnaround / transformation company so you need to thrive in an environment with ambiguity - Still missing lots of capabilities (people and processes). It can be frustrating but that’s where opportunities lies to make a difference
