Healthy and organic alternatives, friendly people, many good co-workers

Cons

No strategic direction, spinning in multiple directions without any path or guidelines Company claims to be transparent - this is not true! A lot of people are over worked and burnt-out Some people and departments get way more flexibility than others -There is a lot of favouritism in this company Empty/ broken promises

Great brands in natural space You work with some great people (if they would stay) Summer hours 2:30 Fridays if you make up the time

Lack of strategic direction, which is a direct result of senior management Acquisitions have halted so relying on core brands For growth so extreme pressure and no sales growth as there is no realistic growth expectations. Lack of resources at ground level and they continue to hire more Directors to direct what I have no idea of. They have no power everything has to go through CEO can someone say micro management. Canadian HR posts amazing reviews on glass door to help mitigate the poor ones because that is a way to fix the problem. Engagement surveys done 8 months ago and nothing absolutely nothing changes Beware. Do not leave a job to come to Hain. The turnover and lack of knowledge base is just terrible.
