Pros

Great place to start after graduating school, good place to learn and build clientele.

Cons

Hardly ever make commission, fast paced, minimum wage and too high of expectations, no incentive. No insurance, not a lot of ongoing training.

large client base, friendly co-workers

Cons

The manager i had was livid when I fixed a color that I had done (I got it too dark) and did not charge my client like it was her fault, she was extremely inflexable when it came to scheduling. It was by far the worst salon I have ever worked in
