Pros
My fellow stylists , co workers and upper management are absolutely amazing. Fun friendly leadership. That have motivated me to move up within the company. Have kept me with this company for 20+ years. Continuing education. Great compensation. Great medical and dental benefits. I have a 401k and stocks with Regis "Hair Masters" that gives me peace of mind for my future.
Cons
No cons for me. My moto is. You get what you put in to anything. I love what I do and were I work and it loves me back.

Pros
Are there pros? I don't feel like I have any pros to report. Everything was pretty awful.
Cons
The broken down salons have awful products, horriffic management, commission is damn near impossible to achieve, and if you do, you don't make much more than minimum wage anyway. Employees are treated like numbers and then they rides on the backs of their employees don't even provide decent benefits. Employees go to work sick, because nobody can afford a day off.
