The worst place I've ever worked

Pros

Are there pros? I don't feel like I have any pros to report. Everything was pretty awful.

Cons

The broken down salons have awful products, horriffic management, commission is damn near impossible to achieve, and if you do, you don't make much more than minimum wage anyway. Employees are treated like numbers and then they rides on the backs of their employees don't even provide decent benefits. Employees go to work sick, because nobody can afford a day off.

Steady flow of people of you had clientele built up. Fresh out of school and sat on my butt most days

Cons

Manager was literally busy back to back didn't even have time to train me or answer questions. He never took a lunch either. Asking for more hours was a joke.
