Pros

None but I need 20 characters here so there we go...

Cons

No sick time, can't take time off even unpaid unless you have vacation time, call in sick they make you fill out fmla even for one day. This company is so money hungry it's sick.

Pro's...? Expensive Medical and Dental. Flexible working hours, education classes, stock purchasing plan, retirement 401k. Supplies products.

Cons

Minimum wage pay, goals are complicated to reach due to over saturation of coupons. Uncomfortable working enviorment due high pressure sales from upper management. Once a great company to work for. Since the retirement of Paul Fincklestein the company has gone down hill. Highly suggest passing any kind of employment from the Regis Corp. You WILL get better pay and respect elsewhere. Very high turn over in management and stylist.
