Flexible (get your stuff done mentality) Employees Not monotonous work

Cons

Lack of pay for revenue brought in Failure to hire/replace employees Employees are asked to stretch their bandwidth too far in comparison to their salary Reviews and compensation increases are the same every year no matter how hard or little you work

Pros

Mentorship model was strong for me, and flexibility for remote work was good.

Cons

Salary could've been more competitive, and lay-offs created heavier loads for people who managed to stay on. Upward mobility was almost non-existent.
