PTO - you get some right away and it increases every year. WFH schedule is nice. 1 - 2 in each week, but they are flexible on this. They do fun things for employees - games, giveaways, meals, etc.

Cons

Increases have gone down regularly since I started. 401k was decreased a few years ago, and hasn't fully come back.
