Pros

Consistent hours, good pay, supportive upper management, team mindset.

Cons

Some properties not great, but mostly owners refusing to improve and not management company. On call isn't fun.

Pros

None. I’m only adding more because there is a 20 word minimum. The property was nice at least. .......................,................,.............................................I’m just adding more because Glassdoor is requiring me to.

Cons

Idiots at Corporate. They over analyzed every bad google review but did nothing to find solutions. No training for on-site employees. And no commission or bonus structure after lease up phase is over.

Good pay, good benefits, corporate office always available for training and mentoring.

Cons

Same as any business, haven't encountered anything that couldn't be resolved by reaching out to upper management.
