      There is nothing Good to say about the company

      No respect from the unqualified disrespectful supervisors that they put in charge. The owner is a nice guy but does not know what the people in charge are doing to his company. They lie and cheat and treat those that are working very badly.

      None. I’m only adding more because there is a 20 word minimum. The property was nice at least. .......................,................,.............................................I’m just adding more because Glassdoor is requiring me to.

      Cons

      Idiots at Corporate. They over analyzed every bad google review but did nothing to find solutions. No training for on-site employees. And no commission or bonus structure after lease up phase is over.

      Good pay, good benefits, corporate office always available for training and mentoring.

      Cons

      Same as any business, haven't encountered anything that couldn't be resolved by reaching out to upper management.
