      Consistent hours, good pay, supportive upper management, team mindset.

      Cons

      Some properties not great, but mostly owners refusing to improve and not management company. On call isn't fun.

      Fair. Supportive upper management. Cares about employees and residents. On top of it. Nice place to work.

      Lacks a training department. Not a huge deal but would be beneficial and save a ton of time.
