They WILL over work you and tell you it's your fault. If your on the road board the site supervisor expects you to take a run even if it will run long past your time even if you have told her you can't. Management has proven time and time again they do not respect the time and energy of their employees.

There is NO health, dental insurance plans: it's only the bare- minimum so you can check the box on your taxes. Repeat-NO health insurance!!!!! Most of the vans are old and are needing some work. the headlights are fogged over and not very helpful when you need them. Also, the windshield wiper blades are in dire need of replacing. But was told "they only allow changing within a time frame" I guess it's too soon, regardless of their condition, there is chatter of the company being under new company....not sure when. We are already getting new vans, not really in rotation for use yet.You can't plan anything, as you may get called out.
