I met alot of really good people and learned quite a bit about railroad work.

Cons

I did not like being on call 24 hours a day 6 days a week. Had no time for a personal life and my relationship with my fiance suffered.

If you need a day off due to health or family urgency they wont talk to you or try to accommodate your schedule they just expect you to show up no matter what.
