I like the night shift, it gives me more time with my family Manager is well organized and has respect for the staff Full time pay even if you work the short shift on the weekend is awesome

Cons

Dirty dirty work Tight timelines sometimes Exposed to used needles (it’s public transit and these are often found) Lead hand is unfair, lazy and seems to only care about himself

Full time hours and lots of overtime

Cons

Treatment of workers, Little to no rest from work, 24/5 on call, punishment for just about everything, nothing done for harassment from passengers, constant threats of being fired, and health benefits are minimal with high deductibles.
