Pros

Decent pay when you are working a lot of hours, the health care is good.

Cons

There isn't any opportunity for a long career. Once a crash hits you'll be stuck looking for a job.

Pros

Good compensation, Systems are good and enable employees to have the tools to perform their jobs effectively. Not a lot more I can say about pros

Cons

Negative environment, low job security, very political, very slow to make decisions. While it was an interesting experience I would not recommend the company .
