Pros

Big red is often not the best paying service company to work for but they have loads of good training opportunities, which makes its a great first service company to work for if you are newer to the industry. But typically after 3-5 years you can move over to a smaller company to make better money but you'll be way ahead from the training standpoint, and that can help you build your career at the new place.

Cons

Big red is often not the best paying service company to work for.
